Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jobrecover.com and the JobRecover missed-call capture and audit service (the "Service"). JobRecover is a DBA of Astral Beings LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("JobRecover," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

JobRecover provides missed-call capture and audit reporting for home service businesses. When a participating business's missed calls are forwarded to JobRecover, the Service captures caller details, alerts the business, and tracks whether captured calls became booked jobs. The Service includes an AI-assisted capture layer.

2. Free 14-Day Audit

New customers may begin with a free 14-day audit. No credit card is required for the audit. At the end of the audit, you may choose to continue the Service as a paid subscription or discontinue with no obligation.

3. Subscription and Billing

If you continue after the audit, the Service is billed at $397 per month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Maintain control of your own phone numbers and forwarding settings
• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
• Comply with applicable telemarketing, privacy, and consumer protection laws in your own communications with customers

5. SMS Communications

If you opt in to SMS messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. SMS consent terms are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. No Guarantee of Results

JobRecover provides missed-call capture and audit reporting. It does not guarantee booked jobs or revenue. Estimated revenue figures in audit reports are estimates based on information provided by you or your customers and are not a promise of actual or future earnings. Call capture depends on telephony networks, carrier behavior, and your forwarding configuration, and no service can capture every call.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, reports, and content, is owned by Astral Beings LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while your subscription or audit is active.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobRecover and Astral Beings LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities, arising from or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. Sections 6 through 12 survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
