JobRecover is a DBA of Astral Beings LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("JobRecover," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to jobrecover.com and to the JobRecover missed-call capture and audit service.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit a form on our website or sign up for an audit, we collect information such as your first name, business name, business phone, mobile phone, email address, website, trade, and answers to qualification questions.
Call and lead information. When the JobRecover service captures a missed call on behalf of a participating business, we may collect the caller's name, phone number, described service issue, location, urgency, and SMS consent status, along with call timestamps and outcome tracking information.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How We Use Information

SMS Messaging Program Disclosures
Program description. JobRecover sends SMS text messages related to your audit request, account setup, missed-call lead alerts, booking outcome follow-ups, and service updates.
Consent. You consent to receive SMS messages from JobRecover by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our web form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The checkbox is unchecked by default.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at evan@jobrecover.com or 281-721-9026.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the service (for example, telephony, SMS delivery, automation, and hosting providers), and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us.
Security
